All delicate items (e.g., silk blouses, lace dresses) are shipped in wrinkle-resistant packaging with tissue paper to maintain shape and prevent damage during transit.

Order Tracking


  • After the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number, shipping method details, and a link to track your package directly via the courier’s website.
  • For customized items, we will send production update emails (e.g., "Hem Adjustment Completed", "Ready for Shipping") to keep you informed of the progress.
  • You can also log in to the personal center on our official website and view the real-time order and logistics status in "My Orders".
  • If the logistics information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but you have not received the goods, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.

Shipping Notes


  • Delicate fabrics (silk, lace) are packaged in breathable garment bags to prevent wrinkling and damage; zippers are covered with protective tape to avoid snagging.
  • Please inspect the packaging for damage before signing for delivery; if damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos of the packaging, and contact us immediately to initiate a replacement.
  • During U.S. holidays (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Mother’s Day) and peak shopping seasons, shipping timeliness may be delayed by 1-2 business days, subject to courier notifications. We recommend placing holiday orders in advance.
